Recipe and directions for the production of 7+1 concentrate from extract
Ingredients: 200-liters - Isotonic Sports/Energy Drink Extract; 190.42-liters polished Water; 1312.14-liters High Fructose Corn Syrup #42; and 39.44 Kg Citric Acid.
Add warm polished Water to mixing tank.
Mix Preservatives in 3-5 gallon 160+ degree F water for 5 minutes.
Add mixed Preservatives to Water in mixing tank and mix thoroughly.
Add High Fructose Corn Syrup #42 to mixing tank and mix thoroughly.
Add Citric Acid to mixing tank with agitation.
Add Isotonic (Isotonic Sports/Energy Drink) Extract to mixing tank and continue to mix thoroughly for 5 minutes.
Perform all quality control procedures.
Approximate yield is 1700-liters of Isotonic Sports/Energy Drink 7+1 Mix Ratio Concentrate.
