"A little more about the Fat Flush Plan, it's really not a diet, it's a plan like the title implies. I lost 12 pounds the first week, 8 pounds the second week, 5 pounds the third, I wasn't hungry and felt great while improving my health. In total I lost 55 pounds and 6" from my waist in 4 months. "In late February my wife and I decided to give the Fat Flush Plan by Ann Louise Gittleman M.S., C.N.S. a try. I'm 60, my wife is 56 and has MS.
